（二）开车前准备：

1、检查地脚螺栓的坚固情况。

2、检查传动皮带松紧程度及安装设备是否安装妥善。

3、检查进、出水管是否进气、漏水。

4、检查填料松紧是否适宜。

5、检查电动机和水泵轴心线是否在同一直线上，直联时，电动机旋转方向是否符合泵的旋转方向。

6、检查泵内有无障碍，排污混流泵供应价，轴是否卡住，用手转动应轻无杂音。

II. Preparation Before Starting

1. Check the foundation bolts if they are firm.

2. Check the degree of tightness of drive belt and check the

installation if it is suitable.

3.Check the water–in and outpipes if they are leaking water and air.

4.Check the degeree of tightness of padding if it is suitable.

    5.Check the

motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same line and check the direction

of rotation of motor if it is the same with the rotation direction of pump.

    6.Check the

 8、填料处漏水太多

 The padding is

 leaking water too much

（六）轴上的挡水圈可防止水沿泵轴流入轴承体内，从而保护轴承，处长使用寿命。

the bearing and lengthen the service life .

（一）安装原则

  1、安装高度：视雨季或旱季不同情况具体考虑，要求吸上真空高度不**过泵的吸程。

  2、安装位置的选择:尽可能靠近水源，做到既保证安全、又缩短进水管路，减少扬程损失。
