混流泵

（一）试车：

 水泵在安装完毕后，必须试车，混流泵，其目的：

1、

使各种配合部分运转协调。

2、

检查和消除安装中的毛病。

3、

检查水泵的转向是否符合要求

Do test run

after installation for the following purp 

1.Make all

parts cooperate well.

2.Check and

remove the problems during the installation.

3.Check the

diversion of pump if it is up to the mustard.

 3、水泵出水量不足

 The waer yield

 of water is not enough

 1、进水管路或叶轮有水草杂物

 2、转速过低

 3、输水高度过高

 4、泵盖及叶轮磨损间隙过大

 5、填料进气

 6、马力不足

 7、进水管口插入水中深度不够

 1. There are waterweeds and sundries in

 inlet pipes or impeller

 2.The rotate speed is too low

 3.Water delivery height is too high

 4.The attrition gap between pump cover

 and impeller is too large

 5.The padding is air in

 6.The horsepower is not engough

 7.The depth of inlet pipe under water is

 not enough

 1、清除水草杂物

 2、调整转数

 3、降低输水高度

 4、用纸垫调整间隙至正常

 5、压紧或更换填料

 6、加大马力

 7、增加插入水中深度至一米左右

 1.Clear the waterweeds and sundries

 2.Ajust the rotate speed

 3.Reduce the water delivery height

 4.Add paper washers to adjust the gaps

 pact or change padding

 6.Increase the horsepower

 7.Make the depth of inlet pipe under

 water to one meter

轴套用来保护轴不使它与填料直接摩擦，若长期使用中发现轴套磨损过多，混流泵配件，必须换轴套。

IV. Axile sleeve is used to protect the axle from friction

with padding.In long term using， change the axile sleeve

when the sleeve wears down too much.

（五）水泵轴的两个支承是轴承体内的轴承，轴承体内存有适量润滑脂以润滑轴承。

V. Two supportings of water pump axile are bearings in

bearing body.There is some lubricating grease in bearing

body for lubricating bearing.
